You really shouldn't do this. I get you're aiming to constrict the trachea or carotid to induce asphyxia or cerebral ischemia, but this isn't going to be quick nor controlled in the absolute slightest. The neck is loaded with strong muscle, cartilage, and various other tissues that will resist compression by all means necessary. The entire process would take ages, your SI would kick in horrifically hard too. As your oxygen levels drop and CO2 builds up in the bloodstream, the brain has evolved to trigger immense panic no matter what you're thinking. The chemoreceptors in the brainstem and carotid bodies can detect CO2 and pH changes, not just oxygen deprivation.
The feeling this will cause is gruesome. A horrible suffocating feeling with you almost certainly thrashing, clawing at the bands, or otherwise fighting against the restriction by all means necessary due to raw instinct. It's far from peaceful or dignified.
You'd also be getting weaker each band that is applied, so you're in for a slow, manual, painful, terror-full, prolonged death. Not to mention the likelihood of incomplete restriction where you could very well survive as a vegetable.
Do not attempt this please unless it is your last resort. I wouldn't even consider this a method.
