Dextromethorphan and SN

Hi, I have some night nurse which contains dextromethorphan and I also have some cinnarizine for the nausea. I have about 30 mg of diazepam too.

Would these all be recommended, in conjunction with a SN solution, to work? I'm just thinking of the SI - it's a bitch and I don't want to fail this time. I have been trying to wait until I'm less likely to be noticed by people if I don't respond to messages and I have been trying to keep going and taking medication to help my mood but I keep getting this overwhelming desire to just fucking die.
