Partial suspension hanging. I'll be hanging myself in my closet and I am putting a new metal bar in it because the one I have now is too weak and flimsy.
1. My closet is 69 inches high and I weigh 154 pounds. Is there a specific height I should put the metal bar or does it matter?
2. What kind of rope do I need and what knot should I be using? I've read that a slip knot is best for partial suspension.
3. What should I do to practice and make sure I'm compressing my caritod arterty?
4. I've read that placing the knot right above the adams apple is the best way to do this. Is this true?
I would really appreciate your help. A single person doesn't have to answer all questions.
