Method Desperate

I'm getting more and more desperate to cbt. I can't stand being here at all and I feel like there are no options to take my leave. Are there any trusted uk sources for sn?

The more I consider my options the more hopeless I feel. A train/jumping is too messy. The more I think about it the more I realise how many people it could impact... Everything like hanging, ODing, whatever- its all sounds too risky.
My biggest fear is failing and ending up with a condition that makes me even more of a burden to those around me.

I'm also trapped here because of the fact that suicide is so difficult, the UK really is such an anti-suicide country, it's horrific how we cannot just have the option to just reliably die in peace when we wish to.

I mean oding is prolly 1 of the better ways with the right substances imo, not saying you should though, I wish I could help you. Have you tried talking to ppl close to you? Are you actually sure youre a burden to them? Because maybe youre not and its just all in your head.
