Discussion Depression/anxiety

okay if not most of us have some form of depression and anxiety.

My question is does any get the following in anxiety

1 sweaty hand

2 shakey feeling

3 the most one of all that has me confused feels like twitching in my head. Its really annoying and comes out of know where.

Just curious to know if my fellow friends are the same or have the same issues.

Oh ps I suffer from a hell of a lot of mental health problems just the anxiety one has me confused... lol

Yes i suffer from all those symptoms....
It is a horrible feeling. Also have many other mental health problems it hard to know which emotions i am feeling sometimes..

I have a few mental illnesses, with depression and anxiety being forefront.
Never had sweaty palms, but have had the shaky feeling when feeling anxious about something,

I do feel the twitchy thing in my head, but it's sometimes in one eye. And it waters lol
I do also notice that when I'm in a particularly bad place, mentally, I can see little shadows in my peripheral visions ( this is rare) as well as hearing someone whisper my name when I'm in a crowded room ( also rare). It's fucked! ( I do not suffer from schizophrenia, it's just symptoms of my anxiety when it gets really bad)

Yes, those are classic anxiety symptoms. I get everything you described, and it sucks.

Basically, anxiety sends out signals that confuse your nerves and causes you to have extra adrenaline, which causes the twitches.

My head twitches like crazy when my anxiety is really bad. I sometimes see a shadow pass me in the coner of my eye. But when I look at secend time theres noting. Weird aint the word lol
