Venting Depressing phone call with mum

Oh man I'm so depressed, my mum is 90, son is 26 and leeches off her, she thinks he's stealing money oh my fucking god it's bad enough she's getting soooo forgetful and repeats over and over, can't retain information, offered professional help she doesn't know what to say or do I'm going crazy here she dumps her suicidal feelings on me instead of her supposed mental health worker. I can't have my son live with me (even if he wanted to) because it would quite literally drive me crazy I mean trigger another episode as well as destroy whatever tiny bits of peace or pleasure remain…
