Delayed emails.

How do you send delayed emails? Can you stop them from sending if CTB doesn't work out?

I know you can do it with Outlook/hotmail. You'll have to google for more details. I've thought about it but I'm too paranoid that the emails won't be sent or they'll be sent at the wrong time.
