I'm not telling anyone how to do it, but if you search LiveLeak for 'decapitations' (be advised, what you'll see isn't pretty!), you'll discover that people can be pretty creative in approaching this challenge.

The method known for suicide decapitation is putting the neck through train rails
As for suffering through the severed head is very unlikely to be real

I kinda want to tie 3 or 4 meters of rope to a bridge in my town and jump, I read somewhere that if the rope is longer than a length measured perfectly to break the neck (for me it would be about 2,2 - 2,4 m), then your head is torn off when you hang yourself.
Someone on here made a post stating decapitation by train is unreliable because some countries have this protruding thing installed in front of the train to avoid decapitating people.

If the neck gets broken it's pretty instant death but why would the head be severed if it's nothing sharp
And about that train thing yeah i forgot about it
