Donate all organs (or most) and then die. This seems the ideal way to CTB since you are helping other people. also painless because you are on anaesthesia all time. Wonder if demand exists in black market?

At the very least you'd need to rely on having a competent medical team hit you with the right dose (or an overdose) of anesthetic on the way in. The problem, at least in a black market scenario, is that it's not like you'd likely be in a position to complain once you're heading in (at that point, I'd wager that at least one organ you can't live without already has a buyer lined up).

This is going to be difficult to do in most countries. The amount of criminal and civil liability that can result from doing something like this is very high. I suspect it may be possible to find this service in China and possibly North Korea but I doubt it would be pleasant and it may take many years of contact with the right people. It's alleged with good evidence the Chinese do things like this but they're less likely to want to do it to outsiders. Imagine a story being plastered in western media "suicidal foreigner flies to China , given forced organ donation suicide on the spot". Terrible PR for the regime !

if you want to die via CTB and ensure your organs are donated the best way would be to use a chemical method that is not known to cause extensive damage to the body and its systems. You would need something that would virtually guarantee your death even with medical intervention. You'd have to take something while in hospital while they have the proper equipment to preserve the organs set up.

Chinese do things like this but they're less likely to want to do it to outsiders. Imagine a story being plastered in western media "suicidal foreigner flies to China , given forced organ donation suicide on the spot". Terrible PR for the regime !

On the other hand, if they accept, you will be sure they will make you disappear with no trace.

I've fantasized about this a lot. I want to go in, be put under, and have as many of my organs transplanted, and then be taken off life support to die. It's disgusting to me that good people die while waiting for an organ transplant, when people like me want to die and aren't allowed to. There's people who deserve my organs more than me.

i wish to donate my organs but both my lungs and kidneys suck. also i think they need to harvest from someone who is brain dead im not sure though
