Help Death by hanging!

I would like to know the best way to Hang just once and it be over! I may have some difficulties pulling it off as the place I'm living at doesn't really have high up horizontal poles, the highest I found so far is a shower one that is just a bar where the curtains open and close, also the best I have is scarves as I don't have rope, and last bit of info due to the nature of where I'm staying there is daily checks every 30 mins! So I just need a minute by minute, step by step detailed process, I can't think of any other method here as this place leaves really no options of suicide too much here! Sooo... That is where I'm currently at so far! :)

Checked every 30 min? Jeez well I hate to tell you but you need way more time than that for your body to go to a point of no return and shut down. Now you could lose consciousness if determined enough within 15-30 seconds but after that you're really risking potential failure if you're found within that time frame and end up brain damaged and/or in a vegetative state to the point you wished you didn't make the mistake. I know you hate this but please don't risk it.

If done properly consciousness will be lost from anywhere from 5-25 seconds, most will probably faint at 15 seconds. But seriously, don't risk ending up paralyzed, blind, vegetable, etc just because you couldn't find a proper location. I still have my questions about hanging that almost no one seems to want to answer, like whether or not a properly tied slipknot like the one seen in the hanging megathread can come undone.

I agree with Circles. After 30 minutes you will be dead, but you can be resuscitated. The sure result requires more time.

Well my plan is to get my ID sorted out, work to get money, get my own place, 1st night close all windows and curtain them up and Hang Myself in the bathroom, as I don't have family anymore, meaning nobody would know until 30 days later when the next rent is due! But atm they check here every 30 mins and according to people here that's not enough for me to CTB, I have nothing here I can overdose on nor is there anything sharp here, it's literally just the white plastic eating ware, the dishes are disposable, I have had plans of working with the Industrial Metal bed this thing weighs prolly 3 times my body weight, which is several times more than the required 3 KGs needed to be pressed on my carotid artery! I have 2 of those fold up TV trays, good news unlike the bathroom, the Rooms here they check 2-3 times "Randomly" each day meaning I have no clue 1-2 of those times when they do the random checks, however the last 1 is always 3 AM where I am and I noticed after that point Bathroom checks don't happen for 1 hour at that point cuz of the mandatory meeting they must do for an hour, and also Bedroom checks don't happen for another 5 and a half hours from the final check, so this may be a Timing issue for me to get this done as soon as possible with my "Hanging"

Are you on suicide watch? Is that why you have so many checks? Sorry if it's a silly question..

This place is a step down from a Psychward, but also a step up from a shelter, or group home! Hard to classify this place as it can be years before anyone sees freedom in here! And I'm nowhere near a Forest, best we have is those tiny tooth pick trees 2-3 feet taller than me! Downtown is a very long walk, even just getting to a residential area would prolly take an hour jogging on a good day but it's not a good day cuz there is snow and ice so there is no jogging for an hour in the cold! To leave this part of the industrial city I'm in will take maybe 2-3 hours still as this area is huge and I have never seen the end of it yet in my Travels "Think of like Toronto, or New York City" kinda thing, you can spend half a day walking/jogging from one end to the other providing you don't stop much for breaks! This place here I would say is "Universally" Suicide and Fight watch at all times cuz people OD/ or straight up die in Bathrooms from Fentanyl and 24/7 it's verbal and physical action! And all windows in this place are Thick with wires in and it's a 4 door buzz system from freedom to the rooms! It's not a jail as I can come and go anytime, but 9/10 the Mental Heath and Police are here to take people into the Psychward due to mental health warrants! "I have no clue what this place I'm living in is" however they certainly aren't helping me clear up any of my suicide thoughts and just wanting to end my life as soon as possible!
If I was to take a really wild guess, I'm in a "Mental Health Shelter" maybe? but not 100% sure!

Depends on when it's stopped, you could end up paralyzed as well if you're found late enough. Hanging is not something anyone wants to fuck up.

@GeorgeJL Um I have no idea how to get or acquire (SN) but if I do find a way I will take it for sure as I'm doing the hanging most likely! So basically a double whammy for me to hopefully get the job done!

If I mix Raid and SN together what would happen? Lets say I have the noose around my neck and I drank a whole glass of that pure mixture and downed it! How long will I have to wait to lose control and just hang to death?

It sounds as if you are in a horrible environment right now. Do you think that having a job and your own place one day might give you a different perspective on life, where the desire to hang yourself is not as overwhelming? Being in a mental health shelter place with mandatory checks would make anyone extremely depressed. Even if you took a person without any problems and put them there, they'd probably start thinking of hanging themselves after a while.

@ThinkingAboutThis I dunno yet I have no clue if the depression is from this Mental Health shelter or if it's my continuous untreated depression throughout my whole life, for 1 thing I'm in a new province and things got messed up since I moved here and cuz of that I been off of meds for well over a year close to a year and a half off of all depression and anxiety meds now, True I do want to work, but the question is what am I good at? So I came to think I will do "SN + Hanging as a method" That's prolly what I will stick to as it seems to be a good combo! Have noose around my neck take SN lose consciousness fall forward/backward kicking out a chair below me and just Hang!

I'm Hoping by April 1st I have my place to Hang in, if not May 1st will be guaranteed a place by then as I would have more money by then and likely have sorted out the stuff I'm gonna be using in my Hanging! I hope so too I found the combo of having the Noose around my neck then take "SN" and then when feeling the effects of that cause me to kick out the chair/stool I'm standing on from under my bare feet causing me to Hang while a Deadly Poison is in my system should be more than enough to ensure a solid success in suicidal Hanging! All I need to do is Now get "SN" the "Rope" and a high enough and private enough place to not be found right away!

Hanging is the guest way, short of a gun...sn on top of hanging is superfluous or overkill lol. Go to an isolated area; i'm sure you find a place. The likelihood of blindness/ paralysis is fairly slowly m. Even the hangman's knot is irrelevant. Moreover, you can hang yourself with your feet on ground. The law of gravity has little to do with it. With full suspension there is no turning back. Given enough time, you are dead and deader. End.
