Leafedout.com, look at the map around you to find vendors, click on their name to get their menus and telegram usernames then add them on that and go from there, read reviews first though as there's scammers, make sure they have at least 15+ good reviews.

I think most dealers now days use the DNMs and things like telegram.

I'm sure there is still the local guy selling a bit of weed but most the new generation went digital.
