Do any of your play dungeons and dragons? It's a pretty great self care activity for all you turtles our there, you can play online from home and escape this reality to be whatever fun character you want.
I figured I'd suggest it as it's done a good job of helping me manage depression, it's nott gonna cure anything but we all need an escape.
it's one of the few social activities where there's little risk, you don't have to worry about being a failure because failing is part of the fun too lmao and i've met some cool people who share my social insecurities, so there a good chance you'll fit right In!
Also, there's a movie that just came out about d&d which I hear is pretty good.
