Wake up, find some courage to be active, but quickly feel overwhelmed by despair and don't get anything done.

Go to bed, motivate myself into thinking I'm brave enough to overcome any obstacle: ''tomorrow I'm seizing this depression by the balls, hell yeah!''

Wake up, overwhelmed by despair again and don't get anything done.

Repeat.
