I think this thread should've been posted to off-topic. But to answer the question, not really. I find it hard to believe in supernatural stuff.

What there are no curses anymore, but there used to be? And families and baseball teams who have uncommonly long runs of bad luck were cursed centuries ago, and only the best/strongest curses are still working? Would that make a difference to the lives of the cursed ones?

I do. I have been quite spiritual my whole life. I believe that some people can have grudges so strong that they end up affecting the subject that they are directed to.
I have had a few people that wished me eternal bad luck since I was very young. I had a charm against it that a relative did for me. It seemed to work for a while. It's lost now. And I am back into a reel of bad happenings.

I do not reject the possibility of all of this being mere coincidences tho.

I'm 100% definitely cursed. People genuinely don't believe me when I tell them about my life. Don't know what I did, maybe I made some kind of diety that I don't even know exists angry.

I don't believe in curses, but I do believe in past-lives to some extent or at very least the notion of a "soul" separate from time. Some marker or something. I've had too many weird coincidences and patterns in my life to feel otherwise. I would describe myself as having some sort of diluted spirituality which is part sincere and part idle curiosity and intrigue. I have an interest in the occult and I feel quite romantic about that pursuit of knowledge. But nah, curses seems too personal to me. I think if there is something more, it wouldn't be so specific.

I used to but eventually I decided that there's no point in investing belief into it. Some things are just beyond our comprehension so might as well just not think about them rather than speculate to try to fill in the gaps. Plus I started feeling that any kind of belief in the supernatural (including organized religion, which I used to intentionally use as a crutch) is bad for me. I totally relate to people who believe in them though.
