• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Ok.... How do I say this...

This is more UK related than anywhere else.

I had an idiotic moment yesterday where I felt like my SN was delayed for 24hrs by fate, to allow me one final chance to get help. (yeah I know what an idiot)

Long story short, I went to see my doctor and things escalated to the point of a welfare check at home by police.

The police officers were really friendly and I felt they were on my side and I got too comfortable speaking and I stupidly let it slip that I have access to SN, which had literally just been delivered to a local post office.

The psychiatrist said to me they're going to keep me here on a voluntary basis for seven days. I didn't argue in case they sectioned me.

Does anyone in the UK know how it might go if I was to say I'm leaving? I don't want to be slapped with a 28 day detention again.

Just pretend that everything is okay and that you're just fine. They can't keep you if you show no signs of suicidality.

Yeah just comply. I was involuntarily sectioned a few days ago thanks to my bitching family. I fucking hope to God I'm out of here in a couple weeks at most, the boredom is fucking horrible, the wifi and data are both so shit I am lucky to get a minute of working internet here or there. My first and hopefully last time.

I'm so sorry you're going through this, hopefully they treat you okay whilst you are there.

Do you mind me asking how you ended up in there? Did the police ask you to go with them to the hospital?

They'll let you go whether or not you seem fine. They only keep you for money. Those places solve nothing and keep you for profit.
