not encouraging or discouraging but overdosing on pills usually does fail and ends up causing organ damage. id start with maybe checking the mega threads and the wiki and go from there.
What pills have you got. My mother recently CTB with a promethazine and alcohol overdose .I think it is quite hard but obviously not possible to CTB on pills. I want to too

Don't want to call you out but also am concerned so I'm going to be direct.
You recently posted on another thread that your mother was found with promethazine and alcohol, but that the toxicology report won't be back for a year.
I would hate to see someone read your post here and attempt ctb in this way when it's not certain that was the cause of death.

ODing on over the counter items is generally not recommended for many reasons.
Please do some research and planning.
There's a huge amount of information on this site.
If you're certain that you can only use over the counter items, then you could consider diphenhydramine (Benadryl).
However, this is *NOT* considered a good method, so I really don't recommend it, except as a *very last resort* perhaps....
Note : As always, please note that I strongly encourage you to seek help with whatever is troubling you. With the right help things can improve. There are many sources of help if you look and reach out. Please seek assistance in any and every way possible. You alone must decide upon your actions and take full responsibility for them, and you should always favour seeking help and keeping out of harm's way.
