Got my hands on some preworkout powder that's around 320 mg of caffeine per scoop. Didn't buy it as an exit method, of course, but I'm curious since I've heard of people dying from drinking things with only 200-400 mg of caffeine or even deaths from having the powder by itself. I know these deaths mostly happen in people with pre-existing conditions and there's better ways to go out, but I was wondering if anyone who knows more than me has information on whether I could consume enough to trigger cardiac arrest without my body stopping the process.
