Help CTB tips

Hi.
I want to ctb, but it is hard to me to find proper ways to actually make it work.
I was wondering if there was something easy to ctb, I was planning with a jumping rope that I have there but that's just dumb lol.
Any easy materials to get would be great.

No, I'd be long gone from this dreadful, torturous existence if there's a straightforward way to just cease existing, I always suffer so much from how I cannot just have the option to never suffer again, it's such terrible cruelty to me how painless, guaranteed ways to cease existing are made inaccessible, I hope you find peace.
