Venting CTB thoughts came back and it hit me

I'm back here bc I feel bad again. This time bc off what others did to me. Was a month clean with nearly no CTB thoughts but they came back again couple of days ago to active thoughts.

Why is life just so difficult and unfair?

It truly is such a cruel existence where people suffer so much all through no fault of their own, I'm sorry you have to go through this, I find it horrible how some humans just create way more suffering. But anyway best wishes.
