CTB abbreviation

Just a short question :)
I am completely new here, and I see a lot of mentions of the abbreviation "CTB".
But I don't know what it means. Commit ... ... ?

Would gladly take an explanation, thank you

It stands for "catch the bus."

Those can get pretty confusing. SI really confused me when I first started reading posts here. I've been doing therapy for years, and SI is always used to refer to "suicidal ideation" in a non-triggering way. But here, it means "survival instinct." Once I sorted that out, things made 100% more sense. LOL
