Crying for help to my friend

I did my last cry for help to a friend and he kept telling me "there's other ways out" at first he didn't understand by me saying "it'll hurt everyone I know." Idk what he thought but he's such a fucking dork, I swear. I told him and he started to get scared but I calmed him down.
