Method Critique for SN plan?

12-14 hour fast. Last 2 hours water fast.

11.00 : propranolol 40mg + 1000mg paracetamol
11.15 : 30 mg meto
11.30 : propranolol 40mg
12.00 : 20g SN in 40 ml water

Not sure if to include antacid.

I doubt it. It's hard enough scraping to get SN itself, all that other stuff is just too much. SN is poisonous, it'll kill regardless, especially with over 50G.

Even if I have two glasses

all of that stuff is to make it as peaceful as possible and to help you not puke it, if you took enough it will kill you and if u puke it get a 2nd and 3rd glass ready in advance. a lot of people who CTB with SN would have 3 glasses ready so if they puke they can drink more right away

Yep, I probably have at least 4 glasses just in case. My impulsivity is higher during my highs.
