Method Creating my own SN regimen

I am trying to create my own SN regimen, I don't have benzos and I don't have time to go to a doctor and get prescribed. But I have a medication that contains codeine as an addition (10 mg), it also contains paracetamol, it's a painkiller with codeine basically, and I have read codeine has relaxation properties.

I plan to take 30 mg codeine as a relaxation for the time SN kicks in.

I don't have antiemetics as well, I just want to resist to urge to vomit and I have read that even if you vomit there is a significant chance you will still die. Maybe might use my old antidepressant mirtazapine, it acts as an antiemetic as well.

So my plan looks like this :

- 6-8 hours fasting prior to SN ingestion
- Take 1500mg paracetamol / 30mg codeine 2 hours prior to SN
- Take 15mg mirtazapine 1 hour prior to SN (this is maybe)
- Take 25mg SN (4 teaspoons) , take another 25mg in case of vomiting.

I am not going to execute the plan today but in two days, I would like to know what you guys think or any advice you can give me.

The effect of Mirtazapine might not be enough, I think it would really be worth the effort to go to the doctors for Meto

I just found out that I could get antiemetic (meto) without going to doctor! I am so happy. I will buy them tomorrow

I am happy for you! Vomiting is the biggest risk with the SN regimen, so having a good AE is a big W. Wishing you all the peace you seek for. Are you gonna create a goodbye thread?

I have a question, I have read about metoclopramide on the internet and I saw many people have really bad side effects from it (like depression and restlesness) , cause it's a dopamine blocker ig.

Wouldn't these side effects create an unease situation while ctbing?

I take Quetiapine for mood stabilization in my Borderline Personality Disorder which ist a dopamine blocker as well. Those meds only cause symptoms like depression in the long term, in the short term they should have more of a relaxing effect on you. I would have to look up the mechanism of Meto, but I am pretty sure it won't significantly alter mood taking it once.

I don't know where you're from but it was extremely easy for me to obtain meto by my doctor. I never talked about migraines before just said the symptoms that I was vomiting and that my boyfriends mom gave me some meto because she suffers from migraines too and he just described it for me as if it was nothing. Worth to try

I went to the doctor recently and was prescribed zofran instead of meto. So I'm completely stuck unless I can find an online source.

Ah man that sucks! Maybe try to tell him that u have a bad reaction on the Zofran?

I am no pro, but this looks good to me considering what others that has cbtd also have done. I wish you good luck
