I got Pfizer and had no side effects after the first dose, mild fever and tiredness after the second dose but it was better in a couple days.

I think it would be best to base your decision on statistical evidence rather than anecdotal one from a suicide forum. That being said, if you have a pre-existing health condition you should be wary because they are not included in the vaccine safety/side-effect studies. In that case read up on the experiences of other patients.

I got the moderna vaccine. It made my arm sore for a day or two, I felt drained and had a slight fever for a few days and then I felt better.

Was vaccinated to protect my mother and sister who at that time was severely immunocompromised. I didn't want the vaccines mainly because I was hoping to contract Covid - which I have not to date.
First vaccine - Oxford Astrazeneca Became very ill - lasted about 16 hours. Chills, fever, headaches, lethargy, sweating...
Cancelled the second vaccine because of the first vaccine side effects but then went ahead and had it - Same vaccine - Oxford AstraZeneca - This time around, I took two paracetamol, one hour after the jab and had no side effects at all.
Booster shot - Pfizer. No side effects but took two paracetamol again one hour after the jab.

But, of course, we are all different. Some people have slight side effects with the second jab and not the first. My brother and mother had no side effects whatsoever

I got an AstraZeneca vaccine. The first dose was alright, I got really tired and sleepy the day I had it tho. And the next few days I was still a bit tired but it wore off after a week. The second dose was good. I'm happy I had it honestly not having it seems like a big hassle socially (you can't go to the movies or go eat or do most jobs without one here and I need it for university). My booster is in a few months.

I've gotten the two doses of Pfizer(back in around April/May) and my booster jab about a week or two ago, felt pretty sick for about a week after my first dose, had to stay in bed for most of that time as I was so physically exhausted, had absolutely no symptoms after my second dose or booster
Definitely was worth getting though in my experience

I've got my 1st two doses of Pfizer in March /early April & got my booster (also Pfizer) in November.
I had soreness in my arm from the first two; I definitely got a bit tired & felt drained for 24h- Even Woke up a bit sweaty.
The booster I had no major effects from; however it made a hematoma on my arm, (I took pics). Area around vaccine was black & blue for 3 weeks & I could see the marks form the previous vaccine. My doctor, who didn't administer the vaccine, said it was a normal reaction, and just a brusie from the shot compounded by my having got a flu shot a week earlier.

As a scientist, I think it's a good idea to get & for me the benefits outweighed any potential risks.

I have decided not to get the vaccine despite dead BBC presenters telling us all about how safe and effective it is...

It's your choice at the end of the day, but a hell of a lot more people have died from Covid than have died from the vaccine, yet those who are anti-vax or vaccine skeptics will be quick to call any talk of Covid, lockdown etc. 'fear mongering' but can't seem to recognize all the fear mongering about the vaccine.
All medications have their risks, I mean just look at all the side effects written on the leaflet of any packet of otc medication… but it's about weighing up the pros and cons/deciding if you think the benefits outweigh the risks

It doesn't make sense for a young person to get the vaccine. If it doesn't cause pericarditis/myocarditis or a stroke/clot/heart attack in the short term, it will most certainly work to lower your immune system over time. There are going to be a hell of a lot of "sudden/shocking deaths" in the upcoming years.

Avoid the single J&J shot if you are female due to the whole blood clotting and death side effects (unless you wanna go out that way).

i didn't get it, my roomates hat it. the girl had no problem, but she came down with a cold for about a week. The had no issue at all. Another young guy i know went into the hospital for two weeks because of myocarditis, i don't know if it was the vacin or not but it is likley that it is related to the vaccine. i don't know which one he got. I know several others who had it and they didn't say anything about side effects.

There are some official statistics about the side effects, you might want to take a look at them.

I got Pfizer in September/October. I didn't want it at first, but got it because I promised if I hit Veteran rank in Pokémon Unite then I would get it. First shot wasn't so bad. Kind of sore all over for a few days but that was it.

Second shot I wasn't as sore but for some reason I was extremely irritable, like I yelled at my mom over something really stupid and I could feel like an elevated heartbeat amplifying my rage. This only lasted for like a day though.

Everyone told me it wasn't going to hurt but it totally did. I told them all I have what's known as being a total whiny bitch so any needle was going to hurt no matter what. I don't even care that I got it, I'm just more mad that everyone had to lie to me and say it didn't hurt. And it's not because the nurses who administered the shots were bad at their jobs because for the second shot it was the same person who gave the shot to my sister who she recommended and it still hurt.

I probably won't bother getting a booster unless it becomes mandatory, which it might and that would suck because I still hate needles.

Just to be clear, I'm not an antivaxer. I believe that vaccinations have decreased the incidence of, if not entirely eliminated, countless serious diseases.
However, I have concerns that the covid vaccine was rushed through production and testing chiefly for political purposes. In Europe there was literally a race between nations to see who could get the vaccination released the fastest. I believe I am correct in stating that the vaccine didn't go through stage 4 clinical trials, though I may be wrong about that. I feel it was rushed through nevertheless and some people have now paid with their lives.
In the UK there has been a significant number of 'yellow card' reports relating to the vaccine:

My first and second shots were AstraZeneca and I had maybe a sore arm at best. I had my booster (Moderna) a few weeks ago, and had no side effects other than feeling a bit lethargic the day afterwards. The vaccine is safe and effective at stopping hospitlisation and death and I'd encourage anyone who can have it to get it.

Got two moderna shots earlier this year and had my booster last week. Had flu symptoms the day after the first shots but otherwise no real side effects. My parents and extended family are all boosted and my sisters has gotten 2 shots and nobody had serious side effects.

Had Pfizer and pneumonia at the same time. No symptoms besides tachycardia and insomnia, which I probably would've had anyway due to anxiety. At least the insomnia. In a high risk category, and I haven't had any bed rest. If anything, I feel better. Can't wait for the 2nd round of shots just so I can leave the country without as many problems "fully vaccinated".

I had Pfizer for all three of my shots.

1st shot: Sore arm.
2nd shot: Sore arm.
3rd shot: Sore arm, mild fever, and fatigue for two days.

Overall, I got pretty lucky compared to my friends who did get fevers and an extended length of fatigue.

1st, 2nd, & booster all Moderna.
1st - no side effects
2nd - sore arm for a few days, headache (but I have chronic migraine so it's hard to definitively say it was from the vax or not but it felt like a regular headache and not as strong as a migraine), and I took an hour nap which isn't normal for me
Booster - sore arm for 1 day
