How do you develop the courage to kill yourself?

That's why I love the quote on my signature. For me, I wish it didn't have to come to ctb; but it feels like something I can't avoid... less of a choice than something that needs to be done.

Take something that will make you uninhibited. I don't think it's courage you need so much as apathy, and not overthinking it.

To expand on that a bit. You know the reasons why you want to cbt. Would any of those factors change for the better in the near or distant future? If the answer is yes, then you have to ask if this is the right path for you. If the near or distant future is going to be worse, then I have that as my motivation and turn it somehow into a form of mantra.
