Discussion cornbag alternatives for night night method

is there any other objects i can use instead of a cornbag for the night night method? i was thinking of using socks but i'm a little confused on if i should fill them up with something or just fold them.

Roll them to a ball I would suggest

From the megathread, socks, rolled up, with plastic bottle caps placed inside for a more precise target for the catorid arteries.

I haven't tried that yet, I should continue my research soon and do more test runs.
