When dispatching an officer to the scene, a senior K-9 cop said 'COME GET UR BITE

Wtf.....just wtf. Just imagine you about to ctb and then you get the cops called on you and the k9 rips your face and back.

Take this as a reminder don't ctb with people on your house. Better off doing it in an isolated area or when you know for a fact nobody is home.

You know... maybe I should make decoy h2s/Cl gas waterbottle bombs and prepare to throw it should something like this ever happen. Or make pocket lye (pocket sand, but it's lye) kept in egg shell.

I'm not excusing what the cop did, disgusting. But sadly it's a frequent case, the police are the front line most of the time with mental health cases and they aren't trained in it, the lack funding for mental health will always piss me off because it's still seen as "toughen up, you'll be alright, nothing wrong with you"

Depression is still seen by many as a non issue, something you can shrug off. Awareness has grown but it's still got a long way to go.

Cops are people too, and I think some cops have mental health issues (I'm talking about psychopaths) and slip through the cracks. They join law enforcement because it empowers them to harm others which is disgusting.

I think this higher qualifications/evaluations would keep more psychopaths away.

Why, exactly, would they send a K9 unit to respond this type of call? So ludicrous. Hopefully by now people in the U.S. are learning not to call the cops in situations like this.

obviously the purpose of the dogs were to cut the rope with their teeth and perform cpr manoeuvres with their paws on the kid if he had hang himself

the police humans were there only to drive the dogs to the house
