• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Hey, just looking for a little bit of support. I'm sure many understand this feeling- I want to kill myself rn, it all feels so overhwelmed and I feel too tired to even try and cheer myself up or do anything rn, but I want to try and get out of it and at least stabilize myself so it doesn't feel so overbaring. So, any coping mechanisms?

But I'm talking actual ones, not just a stupid 'write your feelings' like thanks but doesn't help and usually just makes it worse. So, I'm open to anything, just reccomend away. Thanks <3

Find something you enjoy like for example in my case it's computergames and anime. I anchor myself to life with those things and it kinda works. I still feel like shit but it help a little maybe such small things accumulate and are enough?!

Exercise is the only thing that leads to physiological lasting dopamine specifically because it sucks while you're doing it.

Cold water plunges or showers can help for the same reason.

That and doing something creative with a result you can see.

At least try to find something engaging enough to take your mind off of it.
