Connection timed out error?

Have been getting this error fairly regularly accessing this site via Tor Browser. Is it a behaviour inherent to Tor Browser or the Tor network, scheduled downtime, general overload from the number of people accessing this site, or a possible DDOS from activists?

Hello, because of this I stopped using Tor and started using Chrome Incognito (which is not safe) and VPN. You would better try Opera or Firefox. Tor became unbearable using SS.

I've only ever accessed the forum using Tor.

Opera has a built in free VPN but it's not really a VPN, it's just a proxy.
