Method confusion during SN?

confusion is listed as a symptom after taking SN. is it possible that i would become confused enough that i would accidentally let someone know what id done in a state of confusion? does anyone know how severe this confusion is?

Confusion as in: becoming drowsy, unaware of your surroundings, unresponsive, poor cognitive abilities etc.

Not confusion as in being confused with a TV plot, or confused with a question or something. You wouldn't be 'so confused' you let someone know what you did. You might drink the SN, regret it/become anxious and tell somebody though.

I've followed along as several people have ctb'd here. They start misspelling words or hitting random letters just before they pass out. I think that is the kind of confusion they mean.
