Concentrating tetrahydrozoline

Question: tetrahydrozoline seems to be an effective method in theory, but is so diluted in eye drops that its unreliable. Is there any method of concentrating the solution? If you heat visine will the tetrahydrozoline evaporate with the water? Or is there any other way to consume the lethal dose that doesn't require drinking 20 bottle of Visine?

I thought about this a few days ago. Seems unlikely to achieve OD just by drinking tons of bottles and these stories of people being poisoned by their spouse are hard to believe. However, couldn't pure tetrahydrozoline powder be a means of CTB?
