Good evening,
I tested the tourniquet method with shoe laces and with a skin belt
It's a bit painful with the shoe laces because my skin gets caught in the area of spinning the rod. But I managed a lot of pressure to feel dizzy. The thing is, I feel dizzy but seems to not black out at all, I literally just feel dizzy and wanting to sit, while a lot of pressure builds up and my head is like exploding.
So, some tips on how to get to unconsciousness faster, so I don't have to cope with this amount of head pressure?
Also, don't get me wrong but I think I did something to my neck while trying. If I out my finger next to my Adams apple and push a bit, it feels like something is moving and clinching somehow.
