Method Combining full suspension with tourniquet

My idea is to combine full suspension hanging with tourniquet to ensure death , could this work?

I wouldn't because it makes things so much more complicated, there is so much that can go wrong, and full suspension very close to a 100% method if you do it right and are not intewrrupted and it is a simple method if you have a good location for this..
