does anyone think this would be useful? Just gathering more info.

I thought maybe a flush could be helpful? Like magnesium citrate the week before/or a few days before to clean everything out

Aye, and a metoclopramide regime also empties the stomach.

Metoclopramide increases muscle contractions in the upper digestive tract. This speeds up the rate at which the stomach empties into the intestines.

I think metoclopramide is essential. I'll take Metoclopramide 45 minutes to 1 hour before my SN . It will move the SN quickly into the intestines for absorption and prevent vomiting so almost guaranteed sucess 30mg meto then 45 minutes later 20-25 g SN in 50 Ml water.

It's the best antiemetic also . Dignitas uses it for N.

Well it's RX only so I don't have much of a choice. So far what I can get my hands on would be, in theory, SN, OTC antacid/painkillers/antiemetic. Thinking pepto or milk of magnesia and the ibuprofen...

meto would be ideal but I believe the guide said you can do without
Edit:
And Tagamet

It's recommended.. not required.

i wouldn't do the flush .. i don't think it's necessary. One alleged SN fail included a 4 day fast ... and many alluded to that being partially to blame for the fail..
i know a flush and 4 day fast isn't the same thing but essentially emptying the gut. if I were you, I'd spend those days before eating all your favorite foods and enjoying them rather than flushing.
* these are only opinions

Meto is far more important than anything obscure like a colon flush. The PPH strongly recommends meto, whereas Stan's Guide merely suggests it. I personally would side with the PPH on this aspect, to the point where I would suggest faking to obtain meto if need be.

I guess that is an option but at this point I'm not planning on trying to fake to attempt it. But that's my choice I know...I'll do the best I can.

In the US, it may be more difficult to obtain reglan, as zofran has supplanted it by an enormous margin. Zofran is also viewed as much safer. (I'm not making a judgement regarding the veracity of that).

I'm not sure if you understood what I meant or not...I meant faking migraine or nausea to get meto. Not faking suicide.

What would be the rationale for flushing the colon as it relates to SN?

Sorry Friday brain and I've had insomnia all week. I meant to say I didn't know if I would try and fake it at the doctor. Anyway. I guess maybe I should consider it

Just a thought. Just to clean everything out and have a clean slate for stomach / intestines. For the SN.
