Over the years, my GPA dropped from a 3.7 to a 3.28 and idk what transfer college in this state will accept me for my low GPA. Granted, this isn't my only reason for wanting to ctb, but it's one reason. I'm also angry about how my art professor gave me a "C" in art class. Who the hell gets a "C" in art class? It's supposed to be one of the easiest classes! I'm such a failure.

If you know what you want to do and have a shot at making decent money at it, it's worth carrying on. It's normal to have a few lower grades.

Some people are not very "academic", but are good at other things and can be very successful....

Some people take start-at-the-bottom jobs and slowly rise up to be highly successful.....

Same. I know it isn't for everyone, but for me it just sucks the life out of me. Hopefully there will be no need for it where I'm going.

I don't know what the afterlife will be like. I've had many ideas, but the selfish part of me wants it to be where you can have and do whatever you want. They have their own version of things (books, movies, sports, etc.) from those who've also died but you can also view the Earth's version of it as well. No hunger, no homelessness, no money, no jobs, no stress, just happiness. If there is no afterlife, then at least I can rest with no more stress or pain. We'll all die eventually.

I don't believe in reincarnation, because I'd feel like I will end up in the same situation I'm leaving, but at the same time I won't remember my past life.

Hopefully, whatever happens it's not like the afterlife you just gave an example of.

That would be nice for an afterlife

You could always appeal the grade given or retake the course as a whole, either in a reduced workload like during the summer or the course during the fall/winter term. For uni/college, you could retake the courses up to 3 times, that's the case in Canada. I'd definitely retake the course (s) and achieve better grades and boost ur GPA.
My gpa's dropped a ton because of last year and stuff that happened with my mental health, but i'm probably gonna retake some of those courses so i could achieve a better grade for my transcripts for law school.

Even applying for disability and asking for a reduced course load, where you take less credits and less courses, but still on track to graduate just like the rest. taking a reduced course load allows you to minimize and handle these stresses you feel from college/uni and grades and classes.

Yea! Great attitude! It's infectious :)

I'm going to be honest with you, a 3.28 GPA is not a "low" grade. A lot of colleges will accept you. Unless you are applying to Ivy league I wouldn't worry about it. Universities look for more than a high GPA to admit you. I think that for a lot of applications, they still require you to do an essay explaining your background. You can write there that you have gone through some struggles but you are willing to keep at it. Universities like more "well-rounded" students than people who only focus on their grades.

Best of luck to you.

I wouldn't consider 3.28 GPA to be that low (depending on the college and program you are applying to of course). Also, yes I could see the drain on your self-esteem and tbh, my self-worth was tied to my GPA when I was college. Hell, if I could go back to when I was in college, I'd focus a bit less on grades and a bit more on hobby maxxing, getting other skills and stuff.

I'm sorry to hear that :/ Schooling for me isn't going so well either. And if I knew there was an afterlife that sounded of interest, I'd ctb right away. Too bad no one really knows what after life is like.

That's one reason stopping me from ctb
