CO Methods?

I've been lurking around here recently for a good amount of time (not registered) and have finally decided that I want to CTB this Janurary or so and the method I'm possiblly looking at is the CO2 methods.
COGen is quite out of my reach for now, unless there are some kind of kits that I can buy and also I'm just not a crafty guy. So instead I wanted to do the sulfuric acid and formic acid method since I can buy them pretty easily. I'm just pretty confused on how you would do this method. I've tried doing some of my own research and I really just couldn't understand it.

Essentially, I just wanted to buy a tent, go to my familiy's garage, set it up, mix the sulfuric and formic acid together in a large glass tray, and hopefully I'll pass out and die within the next hour or so by the CO2 emitted from their chemical reaction. Would this be possible and painless?

Important to note that what you want is CO, not CO2. CO2 would be agonizing. also, be careful with the chemicals you want to mix because they are very corrosive.

I think CO is a good method, but also it is complicated to work for.
I did not know that mixing sulfuric formic acid could do CO, but it sounds unsafe .

I would think twice about using CO. In my country there were many cases in which people used hard coal to induce CO poisoning...and it can end up pretty nasty.
