Close friend recently passed

A dear friend of mine recently passed. I'm having a really hard time understanding the how and the why. I've been digging around the site and I found something shockingly familiar. The schedule on stans guide for SN. A handwritten agenda was found that read almost exactly like it.

It makes me wonder if my friend was active here. Is anyone aware of anyone who may have or attempted to CTB in the last two-three weeks? I just need some closure, and if there are any thoughts or ramblings or explanations to be found it could really help me. Just looking for a place to start.

I hope I'm not crossing any boundaries here with this post. It is not my intention.

First of all I'm so sorry for your loss. I can't imagine how you're feeling and I want to send my condolences to you and your friends family.
Second of all, unfortunately there are quite a few people who ctb, it's not uncommon. Your best bet would be to go through the suicide discussion posts and read goodbye threads from the last few weeks. Unless you have any idea on a username?

@Dookieshoes I'm sorry for your loss. I hope the above links help you. I also hope you can see from the posts (if suicide is not something familiar to you) that people choose to do it, with the feelings of loved ones in mind but a sense of peace in their ultimate decision. I personally just hope such a lonely moment in someone's life is a little less so by us "being there" for them, offering comfort and support, including support to change their minds.
