Clarification - SN

I need clarification on one thing with SN: if you do vomit from the first dose, do you then need to try the second dose? Sorry, I could not find an exact answer.

Not necessarily it's known to be fatal even after vomiting depending on how much was vomited. Most people prepare more than one dose otherwise it's guesswork as to if there is enough in your system.

it depends on when you vomit. if you manage to keep it in for 20 minutes then most likely you'd absorb the needed amount
