Let me get this straight,
Forgive me for jumping to conclusions,

People feel suicidal because either something/someone that means a lot to them they lost or never had access to in the first place, or the lack of happiness on its own,

it's like the problem of "chicken and egg",
How do you get out of such situation without suicide nor drastically lowering your expectations?

How do you fix a problem without the appropriate tools or clues?
Things are bad, sure, but how does a functional brain-problem solve in this situation?

Advice or discussion is highly appreciated.

I'm not sure I understand the question itself, nor how the chicken and egg come into it?

nor drastically lowering your expectations?
is maybe another (somewhat pessimistic?) term for being realistic.
The chicken and the egg question is a pointless one that buys into the whole divisive nature of human intellect. And I mean that as a generalisation, not an attempt to be in any way disrespectful to the way you have referenced it.
Things have to be either this or that and one answer automatically precludes its opposite. Life just doesn't work like that IMO. That's one of the reasons that so many people are so damn unhappy; they want life to work they way they think it should work. Nature, however, doesn't give a flying fuck what you or I or anyone feels.
So yes, to a certain extent, you have no choice but to accept the shit you can't change. That shouldn't stop you from trying to change it, you just have to be realistic about the reality of the situation.
Life is after all, in a certain sense, a game that everyone loses. If winning is all that matters, then...well, I don't know what to say on that.

this sentence reminded me of
i have the serenity to accept the thing i can not change, courage to change the things i can and wisdom to know the difference.
(i kinda changed it because i dont believe in god so this is "my" version)

Well yeah, I was trying to not quote that because it's such a cliché. But I guess it is so for a reason.

I am not sure what you mean. If you want to ctb because

a) you are unhappy for a reason
b) you are unhappy for no reason

there is a clear causal relation. Being unhappy causes you to want to ctb.

The chicken and egg dilemma refers to a situation where you don't know what came first. (Although, thanks to evolutionary biology we now actually do know the egg came first. It was an egg from two proto-chickens containing a genetic mutation which produced the first chicken.)

Yeah I'm unhappy and suicidal for a reason and I can't seem to get a grip or solving the actual problem,
Which is driving me insane...

I'm not sure where I was going with this chicken or egg dilemma, thanks for pointing out the chickens came first, that makes sense.
always wondered actually

I've always though the 'chicken & egg' question just serves to illustrate that many people don't really understand how evolution works.

Dumb chicken laying eggs,
until the egg comes out the shell and realise they live in a factory,
Caged lol

the parent chicken say to the chick,
"we don't know what you are talking about,
we've grown up here in this factory and lived here all our lives!"

For me it was basically and literally change. I guess this wasn't the first time so my/our older and suffering me had to die/stop to exist And that's what actually happened. We are a few left to run this body and non of us feels sad, helpless or have any kind of shame or sorrow. Now we are more brutal and prepared for this s*it than ever. I guess whatever created this made us stronger. Did/osdd-1b
