Hi everyone

Well I joined 22nd August and I never planned to have stayed so long. But I am now thankful I did. This site has been great, moreso all of you have been. I never thought this would be a place where i'd make friends, connect with people on another level, meet such beautiful souls, and receive so much help. Not help on CTB but help like MorningAngl said, social support. What I found amazing is everyone here is so supportive, loving, helpful. You have all been completely selfless. I know I was planning on staying a bit more and i'm midway inbox conversations with a few of you. Due to rapid decline in my life and emotional/mental state and moods, i'm leaving the site in the next couple of days. I'm waiting for a good friend here to depart and then i wont be able to return. For a few reasons. I just can't. So thank you to everyone who i've spoken with, met, you are all precious. Thank you for talking me out of the dumb attempt ideas i had, thank you for the rest. I now have the clarity within to not go ahead making rash decisions and ending up in a worse predicament than i am now. I'll be praying and hoping you all find exactly what it is you need.Thank you, Bye. Sam

Jazzywolf, yes I am <3 I was planning to try and stick around for halloween to throw a party for my nephews but I'm broken. I can't hold on , not even if I drank everyday until then. Nothing is gonna help now, no sleeping meds, no alcohol, nada. But i'm ok though, I feel clear in my mind. I'm not sure that makes sense but i'm thinking straight and this is a rational choice. Will go by CO and morphine. <3

We never spoke but I did lurk over some of your posts.

Your decision to leave this site around the same time and not come back makes pretty sense. It's a loyal and honourable gesture on your part, yet to call it a gesture doesn't seem right. I know it's more than that, and mostly because coming back here without your good friend's presence would hurt.

Although we find ourselves here because we are in a dark or dire situation, and some more so than others, it is a refreshing surprise to see that there are still caring and beautiful people in this world. And here of all places. It's a rare sight nowadays.

Thanks for having been here, for caring, and for supporting those that needed it. I'm sure you know how much they appreciate everything.

Thanks so much DeathBecomesMe. I'm so glad you understand why I feel this way. I just.. been talking to ~friend~ every single day since I joined here, we've shared so much and now , she's on her way to the forest tomorrow and I (even if I lived for a short period after this) I wouldn't be able to come on as yes, presence gone, I respect the decisions but i'm human and can't help feeling upset, just empathy... and yes.. you're right. It is refreshing and believe me, I've come to the conclusion that people who are attempting CTB are not gone in the head, in fact quite rational, grounded and focused on reality, they/we see things for how they are. we've all had so many things to deal with. Thank you for having me, making me feel welcomed too, i'm glad I could support anyone I might have, enjoyed the talks, appreciate everything. Look at all o your comments you are just the nicest people. Take care of yourself hugs :-)

I was going to say don't feel sad, but one thing I can't deny now is no matter how hard we try to shut off our emotion, we're human and it will come anyway. Empathy. I feel the same way about said friend. I feel sad too.. but then... I have to remind myself i'm taking the same path. I think it's impossible to ctb without at least one person feeling upset... but...that's life. Blimmin emotions :-) its just consequence of caring hey?
