Here's my SN plan for me:
Buy 3 things :
1. SN
2. Metoclopramide
3. scale from Amazon (it's cheap).

Procedure:

0.(optional Metoclopramide regime): 48 hours before begin metoclopramide regime (10mg every eight hours)
1. Fast from morning of final day
2. Final metoclopramide dose of 30mg 1 hour before
3. 25 g SN dissolved in 100ml water

have a few extra glasses of SN prepared, good to go, in case you vomit original one up

optional : My method extra steps take a 2nd glass while still awake every 12 minutes.
