Help Can't get SN considering Cliffs of Moher jump

My SN does not seem to be arriving and I'm unable to find anything. Considering doing a jump from the Cliffs of Moher here in Ireland. Long shot that there might be someone on here considering this has any info, wondering if there are rangers monitoring the cliffs during the covid crisis?
