In the description it says climbing rope. It may be a specific design of nylon that doesn't stretch. If they advertise it as static and rock climbing rope,it usually is. Sometimes polypropylene, polyester, and nylon materials get mixed up in terminologies, on amazon for example.
If it says static, that means it's supposed to be non stretch. The company wouldn't advertise it for rock climbing if they thought it would stretch and cause injuries from perhaps falling a short distance and having it stretch up to 40% and smash on the ground..or even just overall imbalance. They don't want lawsuits on their hands. The keywords are static and climbing.
FYI I got mine on amazon. It was polyester and seems sturdy.
