Sounds like a pro-lifer pushing his agenda here. What a platitude. The pain we are feeling absolutely crumbles the happiness that we aren't even feeling at all.

I think when it comes to suicide there are often doubts, that is part of the SI. You have to listen to yourself, what you really want. I also have doubts, but what I really want is dying.
