Can you CTB by injecting a bunch of testosterone cypionate all at once?

I know it's a weird method and I don't plan on doing it but I'm curious if anyone knows if this is possible? I know long term testosterone usage leads to health risks but what if you just injected it all at once? Like an insane amount. Would you die of a heart attack or something? What would happen?
