Can stomach polyps interact with SN?

I was told they're benign, but I was wondering if there was a possibility that they could interact with SN and cause extreme pain or something.

As far as I know, they're not affecting anything.

So if there's no pain or significant discomfort, it's fine? I have some minor gastric issues(like excess gas and irregular bowel movements), but I don't know if they're related.
