I'm in a lot of pain physically, mentally, ect and I desperately want to make an exit bag but I have little to no knowledge on how to make one..

I want to use nitrogen but I'm not sure what size tank I would even need or how to pull this off...

can anyone show me what size tank or what kind of nitrogen I would need?? Thank you so much any advice how to make one would be so helpful. Thank you

any advice on how to make one easily and successfully?

What's the easiest way to do this please help I've heard so many options I'm looking for a simple method that will definitely kill me painlessly.

helium doesn't work anymore

what size tank and what kind of tank would I need? Thank you

Any advice on how to successfully make one that's not to complicated does anyone have any strong instructions? Thank you

Perhaps take a look at the incredibly detailed information In the PPH and megathread in the resource sticky.

Here's some useful links:

So to answer your questions:

- Yes to be safe go for nitrogen or argon, high purity industrial grade.

- You'll need enough to sustain a gas flow of 15L/min for at least 25 mins (Peaceful Pill Handbook), if you want to be safe go for at least 40 mins

- To have a sustained gas flow of 15L/min for 40 mins you'll need 15 * 40 = 600L

- Cylinders are pressured, you can multiply bars of pressure with liters of content to get total gas volume, for instance a 5L cylinder @ 200 bars would be 5 * 200 = 1000 liters (aproximately)

- You'll need a regulator to get gas out of the cylinder at atmospheric pressure

- A flow meter ensures a steady flow of gas and lets you easily set the flow rate.

- Try and get a combined regulator & flow meter, less parts

- You'll need a hose to connect to combined regulator & flow meter to get gas into bag

- For bag use a turkey roasting oven bag

- Elastic cord for a 'snug fit' of the bag around your neck

- Masking tape to tape elastic cord around bag and attach hose inside bag

It seems like an enormous process but take it one step at a time and you'll see that it's quite doable. Take comfort in knowing you're actively working and progressing, even though the task seems daunting. Best of luck
