Help Can someone help me?

Hi i am totally new here and it seems i am already banned on my computer- this is my first time writing anything on this site- be it a comment or a thread topic.
I'm not even sure if i've been banned or if it's a computer issue- this is all new to me!
I'm honestly trying to find the "ban appeal" forum to post this in and i can't find it.
But i figure life can't get any worse, right?
I made my account the night before last- and didn't go on it last night because it was the first night i actually slept in 3 days.
Please, can someone please explain to me what i did wrong? And if i'm indeed banned please help me find the right place to go to appeal it?

Thank you for answering How do i submit a ticket? How do i inform the moderators? I'm unable to send a message to sanctioned suicide.

If you use a computer it says "ticket" at the top of the page. Don't know how it works on a phone. That's how you contact the mods.

If it helps, this is the screen i get when i try to get onto the site using my internet...
Mods, could you please let me know if you banned my internet address? If i knew that- i would know what to do. I'd be very grateful!
If you aren't the ones who have locked out your site, then someone else has- and that might mean someone knows about me visiting this site- and i haven't told a soul. So i'm extremely anxious right now...
Just to sort of finalize the thread- i now have tickets available to me after commenting on a few threads-
And it seems that the american servers (Canadian as well) are having a hard time linking up to this website....
So it's probably not me. It's countries-wide!
