I want this done in one day. Looks like I can do it in one day. But I don't read anything about not eating.

You should make an extra SN drink in case you vomit. Other than that everything seems fine. I assume you did the math for your weight compared to how much SN you need right?

Being as nice as possible, you have posted a lot asking the same questions about SN. You've only been here since Friday & every post essentially is asking others to plan for you how to take SN.

That's totally understand, it helps to get peer support.
Although, you have to be careful with what you're doing. It seems like you're asking for advice on how to plan & how to execute your trip to CTB.
