Modern antidepressants are very hard to overdose on. I did once take double the maximum dosage of sertraline by mistake, and absolutely nothing happened. For reference that was 400mg. At the end it's up to you but I'd go with a better method. You're very likely to survive and end up with significant damage.
Not sure what kind of a drug Resperidone is, since I've never taken an anti-psychotic, but I'm guessing they won't prescribe it for outpatient use if it is capable of causing death.
SSRIs and NSRIs (edit, sorry) SNRIs like Effexor/Venlafaxine exist because they're almost impossible to get to a toxic level in your body, I do know that. And they don't have a synergistic response to booze the way the old Tricyclics did. I was on the successor to Effexor, Pristiq. Did jack shit except to make me constipation even worse.
Venlafaxine is possible, I know that, won't tell you how I know as I don't recommend and don't want to reveal how I know. But I took 25 225mg three weeks ago but if I'm honest it just gave me a very serious case of serotonin Syndrome and I wouldn't wish that on anyone. Lost the use of my legs, speech, arms, had terrible tremors, hallucinating and the worst not being able to defend yourself if sarcastic comments came from doctors/nurses about your overdose because you can't string a sentence together. Still have symptoms now, dizziness etc but it's about gone. Their are better ways to do it x

Venlafaxine can be toxic over a certain amount. It also causes a very serious case of serotonin Syndrome which left untreated will kill. I experienced that three weeks ago and it was the scariest moment I've experienced but being left in a waiting room for hours and not treated straight away contributed to that too x
I overdosed on Effexor, citalopram and mirtazepine when I was 15 and the doctors said I nearly died. I took 50 pills. I had serotonin syndrome which caused delirium. SS can kill you. Still it's not a reliable method.
@Winter_Flower that hits hard. Nothing like dealing with serotonin syndrome with disdainful fucking doctors and paramedics. Had a similar experience. Never left me. Would never od on psych meds again.
However, most people think it's a bad choice, but the person who created the thread did apparently do a fair bit of research.
I suppose as a last resort that method could be tried, but I really would view that as a last resort case.
I also don't know what the consequences would be if that method was tried but was unsuccessful.
Are you sure you wouldn't consider SN ?

Hey, last year i made a mix of 80 pills (Tramadol, 2 kinds of benzo and 2 kind of antiDP), it just made me sleep 3,5 days at the hospital. And then 2 weeks in psy hosp, where i remember almost nothing.
So no. It definitetly doesn't work.
I know someone who almost did it, but he ate i think like 380 pills. Yes. 380. But he has been found by his wife just in time. He hung himself few months later.
I took around 80 pills, all together on empty stomach.
I remember falling completely asleep on the ambulance, 'waking up' in the hospital with bunch of docs, calling poison emergency hotline unit with some of my empty blisters asking how many did i took. 15 , 30? 'way more I did say'
I asked if I would survive half unconscious to one of them on my side. I still remember his look after that.
I woke up then in intensive care unit intubated sinceI I got into respiratory failure.
